Shipping Policy:

Rowdy Ranch is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package arrives damaged you need to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Please allow 2 business days to process your order for shipping. Once your order has been processed you will receive a tracking number to the email you provided at checkout. Any information regarding your order after processing will be communicated through the email you provided. Once the order leaves our possession, we only know the same info as you but are happy to help with any concerns you might have. 

Double check your address at checkout to make sure it is correct. We are not responsible for incorrect information. If you incorrectly entered the address and caught it, email us ASAP so we can get the issue resolved.
